1st Call Utility Locating is a California private underground utility locating company that has professionally trained utility locators with experience locating in some of the most difficult and complex conditions. Our locators have accurately located underground utilities at airports, universities, electrical substations, power plants, oil refineries, shopping centers, prisons, hospitals, state and county parks, industrial parks and gas stations.
